We currently collect and process the following information:

· Name, email, property address & telephone numbers.

· Property details, dimensions & pictures 

· Energy information, usage & MPAN details

· Subcontractors-Tax reference numbers, proof of competence, copies of PL insurance, Bank details & next of kin. 

How we get the personal information and why we have it;

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· Design & Quotation-to enable the design & quotation of photovoltaic & energy saving measures. 

· Site photos taken during survey allow us to refer to site conditions during the design & quotation stage.

· Installed works photos taken during installation provide future reference in case an issue arises. 

· Subcontractor-onboarding & subsequent payment

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

· Lead generation sites such as www.bark.com, www.mybuilder.co.uk

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide energy saving services, quotations 

We do not intend to share this information with any 3rdparty.

Your information is securely stored on password protected databases. 

We keep personal information only for the period of any related warranty. We will then dispose your information electronically.
